A note from the founders
At Lima AI, our story began with a shared frustration. Every one of the team, as former students and educators, experienced how difficult it was to truly practise and teach language skills. Practice resources were limited, feedback was not enough, and individual learning was often neglected.
As we talked to schools and universities, we realised these weren't isolated experiences but widespread challenges in language education everywhere. This inspired us to create Lima AI to transform how students learn and teachers teach, using AI to make language practice more accessible, effective, and human-centred.
